I didn't see the original. This version was like a poorly made 1970's comedy B-movie. Too bad movies don't come with refunds. The acting was terrible, there was no suspense at all, and it was far from a thriller.
Other than that, I liked it. :)

I remember all the crap I had to take at school when the orignal movie came out.
I wish they had named the kid in the movie John or Bill or something. :)

I saw this last night, it wasn't as great as I expected it to be but it was still freeeeaky. There's some scary crap in that movie. I think it's because its religious it makes it that bit more freakier.

Still worth seeing it at the cinema.
