I think you should get rid of the flash at the beginning, it's pretty pointless and you should just direct users to the forums right away if that is what you are going for. It's just going to deter from people entering.

2) I would make a custom style, people will see this style too many times as you can just buy it and use it out of the box. Less customization, less activity.

3) Less forums. For a site that is just starting, I wouldn't have so many different forums. It's a tad bit overwhelming

4) The pop-up box needs to go, I almost closed the window immediately because it would not go away. If anything, make it close sooner (such as 30 seconds)

5) Mature level needs to rise. Put in a spell checker as well and suggest that members use it. When I was browsing the posts, it was like reading the Rosetta Stone.

6) Postbit needs to be smaller. When a post is only one line and the postbit will take up a good 600 pixels of height - you know you have a problem. RPG's are fun, yes - but they just need to be put in the right space. Maybe if you can hide it in a collapsible/expandable table or something?

Well, I just looked at it again and it seems you haven't taken anyone's advice in this thread. Some of the people that have been trying to help you are running some very successful sites. So if you're going to ask for advice and not take any of it, then it seems kind of pointless to offer any help, don't you think? Just an observation. :)
