Very cool skin. I'm making one for a raceway and this looks great for it (not charging them for the skin, and i'll make sure you get credit and advertising for it). A fluid version would rock though! I could get you many professional race organizations to purchase your skins. PM me if your interested.. thanks

The skin actually is fluid, but instead of 95%, we prefer to use 80% width instead.

I installed this in an untouched vbulletin except for the styles it has installed. Well almost untouched. It has one product and one plugin or maybe its two plugins no products.. vbPortal and KirbyDe's template updater no width issue or difference between IE and Fx |
Realy nice Skin.
It would be very nice, if a kind of that skin will be available for a soccer Board! |

This skin is b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l! I love the graphics you chose to go with it and the color combinations are outstanding.
But.... :) I'm having a little trouble with the header. The PSD file worked fine after I found the font you used for it but the template calls out for speedfire_headerR.jpg which has the forum's name in it. Seems like no matter what I do I can't get it to line up right after I've edited the PSD file, put my forum's name in it and tried to cut out the section for the headerR.jpg file. I've never been very good at that for some reason. Can you offer me some advice on what I'm doing wrong please. I know it's probably something so simple it's stupid, I'm almost embarrassed to ask. Edit: I figured something out. Bizzy working backwards as usual. :) |

Firstly you got to know which area is involved in that logo slice. SO you make the tools panel (window>tools) active, press 'K' It will bring highlight to slice tool..but use slice select tool to see which area that speedfire_headerR covered.(press ctrl+H twice to hide it the slice mark) That area is specially sliced by me so you dont need to cut anymore. What you should keep in mind is to change that text in its area. Export it somewhere else in any new folder you like.Just copy that speedfire_headerR.gif into your vbulletin/images/speedfire/ this kind of procedure shouldnot involve any code change. Have fun! thanks for choosing us :-) |
Thanks for the words of wisdom, I suck at Photoshop. (Old dog + new tricks = messed up looking graphics) :) I'll give that a try later on tonight.
Thanks again for the beautiful style. |
Thanks for the style. I didnt read your post about chopping the image and finally did it the photoshop newb way and got it to line up after a few hours haha.
