Still means alot in the business world like he said. You show a Pagerank of 6 and you are going to have a lot more rank to sell advertisement and links than a pagerank 3 site.

Which is another myth started by web-professionals. There are a lot more important things to consider when contacting an advertiser.

My first site (e-steki) is PR 3 and predicted to 5 and my new one (mycat) is PR 0 (it just started) and prediced to 5 too. :)

I'm begining to think the page rank "prophet" is broken. Quite a few people are getting bumped up to 5.

I tested four live sites, all got predicted to rise to (or stay at) 5. I tested my test forum, and it's set to rise from 0 to 1 ........

Oh, btw, what is PR anyway ?

I think the only factor it comes into play is when someone links something on your site and depending on your pr rank, the spiders will crawl that link accordingly.
