Flat version is fixed.

what do you mean by flat version?
give me plz..i still have special characters problem.

Please take note that the default flat version takes away time stamps and a few other details that this shoutbox has now.
It does fix alot of other problems

I have recently installed a shoutbox on my vb board. Its not complete though. Can someone please tell me how I can:

a.) Have the names of the shouter underlined and bolded; and
b.) Have the time of the shout displayed in the shoutbox itself (without having to click the word shoutbox in order to find this information out)?

I think I already have gone basic. My forum is www.ozchess.com.au - Could someone please tell me what I need to do to bold or underline the name of the shouter and have the times of the shouts displayed in the shoutbox? Surely a whole new install isn't required for that, hopefully - :)

got a couple questions...

how can i stop people from editing their own and other peoples shout.

can i set it so only admins can prune and edit shouts only not mods?
