Since this is fifty-nine pages long, I'm going to ask this question anyway and hope I dont' get blasted for not reading all fifty-nine pages for my answer.

I have my forum on a subdomain...how difficult would it be for VBHome to be intergrated with my current forum?

Can it work with two seperate databases?

When you ask for questions, do this: Will it work what I ask with vBulletin?
If the answer is YES, then it will also work with vbHome (lite). ;)

I tried VBPortal, but you have to put the forums say under...

/home/yoursite/forums/blahblah.php

Instead of

/home/yoursite/subdomain/blahblah.php

If you try to put it seperately, you will get all kinds of error messages.

I want one to go to www.yoursite.com

And my forum is on ysf.yoursite.com

Are you saying that your software can do that?

I'm asking before hand because I don't want to go through this again. If it can't, then it can't. If it can I'll download it and check it out.

If you're saying yes to that, then please let me know.

Yes. It uses the same cookie system like VB.

I tried to load this on my dev site...

I got this..

Is this because I'm trying to put it in a subdomain instead of the root folder?

You added the full path? Or left the $adminpath = 'admin' at the top of the global file?

Yes, I added the full path. No slashes.

The installation went fine on my test site but then when I went to the index to check it out I got this error:

Database error in vbHome 2.3.0:

Invalid SQL:
