I have an issue after installing this. I'm running vBulletin 4.2.3 & Wordpress. I can login to vBulletin fine but it will not login me into Wordpress at all. It says its logging me in and shows the vBulletin login page and then when it redirects me back to Wordpress I'm not logged in. Likewise in order to logout of Wordpress I had to actually clear my browser cache, cookies, login etc just to get it to allow me to login as another account. So I cannot login and/or logout of Wordpress at all with this installed. This is super crucial to my site working and running.
Errr EDIT: I also get this error message in vBulletin apparently: Code:
We are sorry, we are not able to process the operation further. Your account should satisfy the single sign-on requirements. Please contact your administrator to solve this issue. |

I have had similar issues and have had to disable, and sadly that leads to believe I have to change platforms.

Meantime, you can try to reconnect the platforms with using the "support www" checkbox (find this checkbox on vbsso/settings page). But, if the issue persists, please, contact the support team. Thank you, |
Yeah, nope none of that worked. I even added the www thing as suggested above to no avail. I keep getting errors and the plugin is useless. Its a real shame as I really would like this to work on my client's site. I'd rather not have to look for another option at this point in the game. I will submit a support ticket over at your site.

Thanks again for confirming this, really really appreciate it. |
I've tried and tried and tried to get my issues resolved. Quite frankly right now I'm pretty well upset as I've been constantly ignored even though I have sent the information asked of me in a PM. I've sent two other PM's with no answer whatsoever asking if they had gotten the email that I sent. I STILL have not had an answer from an email when I submitted a request for support over 2 weeks ago! If there is a paid version I urge others to refrain from purchasing it because if the support is anything like the support for the free version it certainly is NOT worth the money! Very disappointed, I guess I'll have to uninstall this and try something else. I hear there are Wordpress bridges on Code Canyon.

Hi
First of all many thanks to the developers for coming out with this awesome add on! I am using VBSSO to sync my Vbulletin 4.2.2 with WP 4.5.3. Everything works as expected, I am able to login normally via the vbulletin login page, however, I am not able to login via the WP login page. I get the error - User or password incorrect! I have tried to look around, but not found a solution to this. Requesting assistance. Thanks. |

Thank you for being our valued vBSSO customer. To resolve this issue you should add "vBSSO Login Form" widget for your WP site. To do it you please do next steps: - Install vBSSO on both Master and Slave platforms (in your case these are vBulletin and WordPress platforms); - Add the vBSSO Login widget (obligatory for plugin functionality - this widget will be available in WordPress widgets list right after vBSSO plugin installation); - Connect WP to vBulletin (right after that you will be able to see the vBSSO Login Form on the WordPress side). - Press `Create your account` link on the the vBSSO Login Form on WordPress and it will redirect you directly to vBulletin registration page (when you press this link it redirects you to vBulletin and creates an account there. Then vBSSO passes the user data to Wordpress and the user will be created there respectively). After registration you will be able to log in automatically on both platforms. Please, find details here - http://www.vbsso.com/2015/09/how-to-...m-to-vbulletin. If you have any further questions or need further assistance, please let us know! Thanks for using vBSSO! |
Thanks xeagle. This issue is now resolved.

The only issue I seem to have now if when I clicked on the link to download the log file I got a nice pretty white page inside my vBulletin frame in the admin panel. Not sure what happened with that at all. Possibly it has to do with the PHP zip installation? Thanks guys for being patient with me to get this thing resolved. EDIT: I had it set up to send the log to my email account. Maybe its supposed to do that and not give you an actual file to download? If so, there were errors where do I need to send that please? |

Thank you for your feedback. Please: 1. Turn on the vBSSO Error Logging & Notifications; 2. Try to reproduse the issue; 3. Check the errors in log file (or send the log file to us via http://vbsso.com/report-an-issue). If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact our team. Thank you, |
Seems like its working just fine so far.

xeagle,
We had a report that in ulpoad/vbsso/includes/vbsso_shared.php at line 90 might be requiring external content. Please check, and if true, edit the mod settings and enable the "External Content" flag. If it isn't external content, please confirm here. Thank you for your attention to this. |
