If i don't want people to be able to buy username html markup.. how to disable it??

EDIT: I can't seem to be able to find out how to disable a lot of things, how do you disable them?? like color a forum, html markup for username..username color, strike-through etc..??

it also shows rc3 and the same features like username enchancements appear under items and under username on the market page...makes no sense to do that..why?

Doesn't work. When I try and run the maintenance, it stalls on "Processing: 52" and no matter the length of time I leave it, it just doesn't refresh. and so the maintenance can't be performed

Login to admincp goto Point Market ---> Forum Items ---> choose item by clicking Controls Icon of the item you want. at the bottom select disable. click save and your done.

i just noticed the point market drop down on the left side of the cpanel, i guese i had to refresh it after i installed it.

btw mrsinister...im coming back today, so tomorrow show me how to use that navigation module. thanks.

Short question: how to get my username colors back - the ones based on the usergroup.

After installing 3 RC all colors which weren't made by the Market are gone. :(

I installed this hack.. I really like it.

What I thought was cool, was the ability for "users" to create gifts. When I installed this, I discovered they really can't. They have to pick from the ones the admin uploads.

I think one of the better features to add would be the ability for users to upload/create their own gifts and sell them.

Currently they can "sell" custom gifts, but they aren't really custom when I set them up. I would call it more like "sponsoring". Since I have to do all the work. It's also a first come first buy thing.

What happens in 6 months when all the custom gifts are gone (and I'm not going to add any more)? The new members aren't able to "create" any gifts.

So I think the ability for them to upload is a must. Create it in a safe way etc...

Is this something that is being worked on? :D

Otherewise it's a great hack.

Same problem here also when i update it still says RC3 in product section of the admin panel....

I would love if you could somehow make a rent feature, so after a while the things you bought would be deleted/unusable, such as theft immunity. everyone will get it and the steal becomes pointless.

Please implement this for all items/gifts features

Hello,

Is there a way to stop the points to going into negative. This system is allowing my users to purchase store items even when they do not have enough points. Hence, leaving them in a negative balance.

LOL .. i waited for the Gold version till 20 Days .. and now this :(

I tried to buy something that cost more points than mine .. but the buy button is not active ... How does he got this problem???

It could be a number of things:

1) first he could be accepting either or on the payment method and one of the disabled buttons might not be working correctly

2) He is referring to a glitch with the store items and not forum items

3) He is using vbexperience and somehow his users or he has found a way to get around it

4) One or more of specific forum items or more is not properly checking if a user has enough points/credits/activity/experience to purchase

5) He is using a secondary point method for purchase and requiring only that and it is not working

Truthfully I just need more info as it's a pretty big glitch to say people can buy points with negative amounts or that after they purchase they are in the negative instead of the market saying No.

i also have a question on how the interest in the bank works. Do users have to keep a set amount in for a certain amount of time? My users are saying they arent recieving interest

Well I've thought about it and I am going to go ahead and release 3.0.0. I'm sure there are still a few bugs I've missed or didn't get enough feedback to confirm, however I want to begin making new features and the code has become extremely stable from extensive testing with you guys. Thank you again to everyone who has helped make this possible. As always your feedback decides the direction of the Point Market and forever will.

Also, just as Phalynx has stated in the Experience mod, I have opened up a trouble ticket system for the Point Market to make it easier to track bugs as honestly I am going nuts trying to do it here on vbulletin.org. The url is http://vbaddict.net/

This is a great mod, but I am having big problems with the username mark up.

I am using ucash. Running 4.0.6 with the gold release of this mod.

When people PM each other, and one has username markup. When they reply the username is displayed as this

<span style='color: #0000FF'><span class='glow_FF0000'>Username</span></span>

Can you help?

i also have an issue with user that have a 0 balance in thier point system unable to access the market.

A similar problem has been reported with user titles. I've selected them as bugs for now and will try to patch a release on 3.0.1.

I'd do it as a primary and no there currently is no expiration feature although it might be the next major feature added to the market.

It's not a bug it's just how I scripted to check and see if the point column was holding data. HOWEVER, I will attempt to fix the way I check if users have points in the next release.

Still having the same issue here. Though only half way. I've done 3 donations and all 3 have been taking away from User A and show up in the donations list but only 1 donation, the one for 1000 appeared in User B's account. The 70,000 and 10,000 point donations just vanished.

Is there a way to reset the top forum items? I have disabled a couple of items but they still show up on the main market page, and when clicked gives the error message...would like to be able to reset it based on current items. Am I missing the option for this?

How to show in postbit only icons (gifts)? I do not want to show in postbit name of category nor lines around icons.

In next update of this MOD there will be choice to manually add in template place to show gifts (icons) in postbit?
