I've been trying to add uStream support... but for some reason I can't get the XML to work... If anyone wants to see what I have and try to fix it... attached is the file..

Had to re install 1.2.5
Reason is:-
Error on page when I click Add on comment
Category drop menu is empty when I add a video

I have a quick question. I'm wondering if support for this was removed in a previous version maybe?

The htaccess.txt mentioned hasn't been in any recent releases, and without the rewrite rules I'm unable to enable this in the video.php file..

Anyone know the rewrite rules?

When I paste a Video, a window says:

"There are some problems while trying to connect to the video-servide. Please try again later!"

I tried both versions... what can I do??

I have vbportal and I added global side block (php/html) and I want to show in this block Recently Added Videos or Random Videos what the code can show it everywhere in portal or vbulletin.

The comment bugs have been fixed (I think)... as well as a view all comments page...

Well the comment system works fine for me... which makes it hard to test bugs... when you can't find them... lol...

I have 2 websites, one of them doesnt post comments at all, and the other i need to refresh the page so that it shows, might be some conflicts with outher plugins and stuff?

Would someone mind looking at this uStream hoster file for me? Figure out why it isn't working?

I did a search in the thread but couldn't see if it was possible to set usergroup permissions per video category or not?

or is it just permissions for all the videos?

Jaxel, I just installed the Mod. However, I found only 1 problem with it so far.

Forum is installed on: http://www.<hostname>.com/forums
Mod is installed on the forum home.
CMPS is installed on: http://www.<hostname>.com

When going to the home URL of CMPS, in this case, http://www.<hostname>.com, and clicking the Video Directory link in the Nav Bar, the resulting URL is http://www.<hostname>.com/video.php. This results in a blank page, since the mod is not installed there.

However, if I go to the forum, and then click on the link, the Video Directory link in the Nav Bar resolves to the correct URL: http://www.<hostname>.com/forums/video.php.

Why is this happening if the installation instructions were followed correctly? Is this a bug? Can I uninstall and re-install uploading the files to http://www.<hostname>.com instead of /forum?

In the end, I would like the mod to be installed just like yours on 8WayRun, and yours doesnt seem to be on /forums dir. :)

Jaxel, I've just tried since the last week... install uninstall delete by ftp upload install 1.3.0 and 1.2.5 same error again and again... I love this mod... I don't know what can I do...

You have to set the Display Limits for anything to show up there. Default is all set at 0 or blank.

Go to usergroups >> usergroup manager >> Administrators/edit

I just installed this (1st time). I uploaded all files, I chmod'd the 2 directories to 0777. I created a new forum, and set that forum in video>directory (the 2 settings at the bottom for New-Forum and Report-Forum).

When I click the "Video Directory" link on the navbar I get this:

Admin, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Edit: Turns out there's a new category in usergroup permissions that need to be set. There's no mention of that in install instructions, that I saw. 'Working on it now... (would be nice to at least have admin and registered users set to 'all yes' on install).

Stupid question: How do I create/edit Video Directories?

All there is is the "General" one, but I can't seem to find where to edit these. ( ? )

Edit: Ignore ^^ that. I just noticed the Menu on the left side now (I was using and only noticing the 3 menus in vb options menu before)

I am trying to figure out how to install this mod so it behaves like in 8wayrun. In 8wayrun, it is installed in http://www.8wayrun.com/video.php, which is what I want. I dont want something like http://www.8wayrun.com/forums/video.php, which is what the install instructions suggest.
