You click on the button on the left of the 2nd box that says "Copy Default Text". It's just under: English (US) Translation (Optional)

This will copy the original text that is above so you can change it. Once done, click Save, and it will save the English version for you...you're done.

This doesnt work for 3.5.2, i get this error.

is now redundant. Instead, use

standard_error(fetch_error(...))

Bogus. This Hack doesn't call print_standard_error() anywhere.

No need to over-react. My fault, was server problem :).

Anywho, is there anyway to make this so it sends to a PM to people who haven't confirmed their email address?

how is this hack different than the Default PM that is already built in to vB?

There is no "Default PM" built into vBulletin :)
