I bought this plugin and can't get it to work at all. How can I get support for it?

I too was considering to purchase this plugin, but I'm not sure if it's still being actively developed and supported.

The developer's forum throws errors and support requests go unanswered. A clarification by obscureclouddon would be appreciated.

Heckwork, thanks for the link!

I think the obscureclouddon plugin is actually better than the one I posted above here. I got it working for what I want, user/login syncing.

I did not get the theme unification to work and obscureclouddon is not replying to my support request. I solved this using Advanced iFrame Pro http://codecanyon.net/item/advanced-iframe-pro/5344999

I use a javascript to force users to jump to the embedded forum.php, in case they use a hard link, but I'm still struggling to get this working with showthread.php?...

Getting a vBulletin Forum to work embedded in Wordpress with iFrames is causing too many problems passing URL?s, specially the direct links visitors already have. Javascripts can be used to solve this but things get really slow and jumpy so I am stuck here and give up on this plugin for this purpose.

Thanks for that precious piece of information!

I don't care about post/comments either, just about user syncing and a shared login via vB.

Can you confirm that the Codecanyon plugin effectively syncs vB users with WP?

Bit too buggy for me just yet. Even the demo site is boken on the forum side. :(

Just redid the site. Demo should work now.
Plugin hasn't changed though. It is working like a champ on vb 4.2.2 and wp 3.8

I don't understand what the question is.
If you're asking about where the vBulletin plugins are, they are created from the WP plugin admin page after you enter the forum path. There is a button that says "Add". Hit that and the plugin will create the vB plugins needed.

If you still are having issues, please let me know.

Again, email (don@obscurecloud.com) or skype (obscurecloud) are best for contacting me. I check messages here as often as I can, but email always gets to me.

Hopefully this doesn't affect new Blog posts but I will report back.

The paid version has a lot more features to control users, categories, and forum locations of threads. You can find it on the newly redesigned and demo-able site: http://wp-vb-bridge.obscurecloud.com/

Please help

I haven't seen this issue. Please contact me on skype and i'll look at it for you. I suspect that there is another plugin conflict. Try disabling you're other vb plugins to see if it's the issue in the meantime. You should be able to log in to the admincp by turning off the bridge plugin in wp.
