AT first they only reached the "You are not logged in or you do not have permission to access this page." and then I enabled Can View Forum... and that took them to where they enter their date of birth... but then when they proceed... it says they have to be invited.

dont worry, im 100% garunteed you'll be using HTML or Text your choice with my system... then you can use the refferer stats as well to see what members have invited who etc..

Ok, If I disable Registration by Invites Only, it works when they follow the email link... but when that option is enabled... They get the "you need to be invited" screen.

EDIT:

It aappears this problem has shown up several times in this thread but with no resolution. Have any of you that encountered this been able to figure out what the situation is?

Ok... I figured it out. For some reason, when I disabled COPPA... it works now. Anyone know why this is?

I am not sure I understand the question, but you need to download the archive, unpack it into a folder in your computer, open the readme.html file in your browser (preferrably non-[internet explorer]), and follow the instructions.
