I have a simple, simple question.

Can I turn off all high scores for either V3 or IB Pro arcade?

Meaning if I don't want to have a scoring system?

I cannot import any games.
I have everything setup correctly.
when I click import it says:
There are no more games to import.

Please help ? :confused:

You can set the scores displayed to zero in V3 arcade which wont really stop the high scores system but it wll stop then scores being displayed.

Theres a small bit of editing to be done after that beacuse it throws up 2 division by zero errors, but it works ok.

Im unsure about ibPro

Do you have any .swf files in your admincp/games folder ?
You need 4 things in there per game .... an swf file, 2 images files and an installer php for that game.
If you have issues with the PHP installer let me know the shortname and the long name of the game and i can create an installer PHP for you.

My goal would be to not use any Score system whatsoever. If that is possible in either add on, I'll use it. If not, then I'm not going to.

This is just an extractor, and you are providing the means for someone to disregard various IT laws. It is a hacking tool to say the least.

And I would assume the file type extension could be modified to some-other and the other functions disregarded, and give the user the means to download that specific content (of course depending on chmod permissions, bu twhats to say that this person has no idea about file type security?). The frame work has been built, its just a matter of applying additional parameters.
In the wrong hands, applying a concise loop time, would be devastating on bandwidth levels.

Why do I only have 5 games out of the 8?

(8 are on the server, 5 showing up in the arcade)

After reading through all of that post , i find the irony within it is that the word concise means 'getting to the point quickly' which doesnt fit into whatever you were trying to describe above. If your grasp of the english language is a basis for comparison then i dont think your understanding of scripting can be trusted much and if you meander around scripts as much as you meander around the point it's no wonder you couldn't understand the complexity of the system.

its quite hard to get games for the arcade these days unless you wish to buy a zipped file off someone trying to make a quick buck off people in need.
Copyrights are given as the excuse most of the time , but its usually just because the people with the zip files want to sell them instead of give them away free.
