Yes I have the same CHMOD error - never had it until 2.6.0. Hope it gets fixed soon.

the error about telling the tar-directory is writeprotected does only appear using the mass-installer which needs a fix (I told this several times in the support-forum)

so do single tar-installations meanwhile or wait for v2.6.1+ which will fix this :)

I have the same problems after I upgrade to 2.6.0:confused:

I have a big problem can you help me please? :(

1. I had ibProArcade 2.5.9+ installed.

2. I UNINSTALLED the product, but since that file is large, the page stopped. (Didn't finish the uninstallation).

3. when I access the arcade.php, this databse error appears:



4. Now, I replaced the old files with the new files + upgraded the new product to ibProArcade 2.6.0+ and it gave me the new version in the product section in admincp.

5. however, when I access the arcade, it still gives me that same database error!

Please, how can I fix it? or at least how can I uninstall it completely and then install the fresh ibProArcade 2.6.0+ .. please help!

use the support-forum!!
meanwhile use the uninstaller.php (included in archive) and start it using uninstaller.php?do=override this will cleanup the database. Before this deinstall the product itself.
After this, do a clean, fresh install.

so you are using InvisionBoard and want to move to vBulletin ?
Please open thread in support-forum and tell which ibProArcade you are using there...
