for some reason my shoutbox is showing some shouts with characters rather than letters like for example This is the most recent one. How can I change this?

when my users shout it redirects them to the vbshout.php page but its white, though when you click back, your able to see the shout you just made.

Hate to break it, but i have talked with Zero Tolerance, and there is a new version of vbshout in the works, that will make this look pitifull. I can't say much about it, but it's gonna be awesome, and more and likely will not be released on vbulletin.org.

I just got a message from my host that vbshout.php has been spiking to high CPU levels. Any alternative shout that has the same features as this?
