Thank you for contacting us.

Yes, we have received all your requests (3284, 3283, 3216). And we have sent you an email at gotmead@***.com email address (11/17/2015 09:34 AM), the email has not been answered. So, the tickets were closed automatically.

What possible reason could there be for that?
It seems the email was wrongly filtered as spam. Could you please, check your Spam Folder?

But, if the problem persists, please, contact our support team http://vbsso.com/report-an-issue/ to register new support ticket with describing the steps you use to reproduce your case on your website.

We hope that this has not caused you any inconvenience.
Thank you,

No, not in spam, and a search of all folders (spam included) shows no email from vbsso except notices from this forum. Interesting.

Any plans to support vB5 soon? They recently added plugin hook system which should make it easier for making plugins on the platform.

They added back the hook system, but haven't added the actual hooks yet (like 99% of the hooks are still missing).

It seems you have saved wrong shared password. Please, check the `Shared Key` on your Mediawiki platform, copy this `Shared Key`from Mediawiki to vBulletin and press Save button.

Jennifer Marx 03-15-2016 01:30 PM

Is it possible to use vBSSO to login with vB 3.8 credentials to an external PHP page on a different domain (but the same server)? I need my users to be able to login at passporter.com and stay logged in, even though my forum is at passporterboards.com/forum. The external PHP pages are simple pages I've coded. I just need those pages to get access to the vBulletin user info, but I can't simply use global.php because it is on a different domain. If this isn't possible to do with vBSSO right now, can I pay for the feature to be added?

Starting to wonder if it's worth the trouble. The mediawiki version supported is too old, and mediawiki is a software that is frequently updated. Maybe you can not keep up and I respect that since it's a free product, but if you are entirely honest, should mediawiki users use this product?
