I read earlier in this thread that having too many instances of AnyMedia in one thread could be problematic (high server load). Does this apply to simple jpg images that are hosted on my own server? For example... if I have 15-20 images in one thread?

A single thing, the link to donwload PHPLive doesn't work, it is truncated, if somebody upload it to the Rapidshare it would be shared well and more quick

Okay... exposing my ignorance here again.
I do not understand how to use this tag with YouTube or the PPlive thing. Unless I am the only one not understanding all of this, I think that it might be helpful to include several more examples of usage for this hack. i voted for this for as hack of the month but cant actually get it to work! it says it has installed fine but it doesnt actually do anything when i set it to run in the forum [MEDIA]http://myserver.com/mymp3.mp3[/MEDIA] produces nothing...in fact it just shows up as text in the post like when i use other bbcode tags ie [b] [i] etc etc im a newbie so sure i am doing something wrong. can someone tell me what please? thanks naeem |

I installed the latest update.
When I link to youtube video I get failed........ whats up with that ? Fixed.... When I disabled play youtube videos in acp it fixed it.. thanks! |

^^ that happened to me too......this is what I did
Made sure that the usergroups were set properly (ud be suprised what you might miss, so just double check) Then i rebuilt the bitfields....if u want me to take a look just pm and ill try to help you out Peace |

there is no issue with cmps 2.1 if you change the paths to the js files
