Hm is now fixed...(for future refferance, just note that if u create a user through admincp and dont active him through the whole proccess, it doesnt show the pm)

I know in pharses but would someone tell me how and where do I change the welcome pm to my own msg?

It,s in your AdminCP >> vBulletin Options >> User Registration Options

All the way down to the bottom you will see the following:

Automatic Welcome PM UserID

Enter the User ID of the User you would like to appear as sender of the Welcome PM.
To edit the PM Content, click here, to edit the Subject click here.
In the two click here, you are able to edit the PM Content and the Subject.
