Okay Im using the old version 2.3 so to upgrade I just upload the the newest version check Allow Overwrite and thats it? It will be where the other version was and everything will be cool? Will this work on vb 3.8 or is this only for 4.0?

Valter: Any word on the option of removing the ability for people to choose colors in the shoutbox *completely*? I've added color to the "ban list", but I was still getting the dropdown menu (which I want to go away)?

Best chatbox IMO, and working 100% for me after the 2 very quick updates from release. You make some great mods :up:

And, now, if I can, requests for features realises....
- Chatbox title
- Announcement in the chatbox
- New thread and new post warning in the chatbox (in separate column OR inside other chats)
- Adding chatbox channels
- Choose witch tags (IMG, EMAIL, URL, HTML, CODE) want to display on Chatbox

Fact is I have the same IE bug another poster pointed out that I didn't have prior to the update.

I love this mod, but I have a database error in the CMS

I know: edit the my.cnf file, but I don?t have a VPS, then I can't edit anything.


pleaaase someone know how fix this without edit the my.cnf file

ask your host / server admin to increase mysql max packet size from 1MB to 16MB

finally more better...also the smilie allignment... did some a little bit TWEAK to make it more little better for the smilies or to the ChatBox Input Bar...adding button to it...rather than words/font ...but can't figure it out how to make it work without dropdown arrow...
