Trana, I think you're moving it to an area that's into a if=deleted post.

How user can learn which own post ranked? I dont mean highly or highest. I mean every post whic ranked?
|
Could there be consideration to add automatic promotions to usergroups based on rank and post thanks? This would help me automate more of the site and not have to weed through crap posts, but rather let the user community decide. As a result, the user who receives a certain rank based on thanks will get upgraded/promoted to a new usergroup (such as a private usergroup).

Can someone tell me how to edit the color of the "View Stats" in the postbit?
I would read through this whole thread to see if it was already posted, but 19 pages is a lot to read through. Thanks. |
Great looking alternative to the other mod out there! One thing that would make this useful and inspire forum members to do more, is to implement promotions with this mod. Otherwise, I don't see too much value to the member.
Thanks! |
Hello,

*EDIT* My apologies. Due to issues unrelated to the quality of this mod, I had to uninstall it. I'll leave my requests open because I still think they would add to the mod for people who can still use it on their forums. Thanks.
Hi FullyTested, A couple of requests I would GREATLY appreciate! 1) Would it be possible to add an option that would allow the names of users to appear underneath the post who voted positively or negatively? I'm mainly wanting this for those who vote positively. For example, on my board we've been using the "Thanks" mod: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=122944 The thing about that my users really like is seeing the names of the people who thanked them. If I could get this mod to do the same when someone rates it positively, I wouldn't have to have both installed and there would no longer be any redundancy. At the same time, it would make sense to also allow the names of those who voted negatively to be displayed, too. I'm not sure if I would want this for my board necessarily, but I'm sure others might. If it's a pain in the butt to do, I understand. If you're willing to do one or the other, please allow the positive votes to be displayed by name underneath the post like the "Thanks" mod. 2) Would it be possible to allow users to change their vote? Say I vote a post positively by mistake. It'd be nice to be able to still click the negative button, thus switching my vote to what I meant to click on in the first place. If that could be done with AJAX, awesome. But if not, it'd still be pretty helpful to be able to do it after a page refresh. THANK YOU! |
is there a way to make only a specific forum's sort-order by the highest post-rating?
also, could anyone help to get the postbit postranking option to appear on the CMPS news so people can + or - a new post on the frontpage of a CMPS? |

ie.. if the post has 5+ and 4- votes, it'd show +1 (or whatever). Something that'd give users some general idea how their post has been thought about, if it doesn't have enough votes to change the 'status' of the post from neutral. |
