Instead of this in the Postbit(_legacy):

Quote:

<div>$vbphrase[posts]: $post[posts]</div>
Because it doesn't show up.

Michael Biddle 06-09-2007 06:46 PM

and nothing showed up. Here's the only thing that shows:

Attachment 65445

And yes, I reinstall/check all the templates. Thanks in advance. I have VB v. 3.6.7

Michael Biddle 06-09-2007 07:35 PM

well that looks like a newthread template problem, seems like it wasnt edited correctly, recheck them again

Can this be edited to use for a car site ? car artilces / guides etc?

When you go into the Postbit(_legacy): template and put the changes at the top, then put the </if> at the end, do you mean at the very end of the template?

Right after all this:

Quote:

[sessionurl]do=addlist&amp;userlist=buddy&amp;u=$post[userid]"><phrase 1="$post[username]">$vbphrase[add_x_to_buddy_list]</phrase></a></td></tr>
</if>
$template_hook[postbit_user_popup]
</table>
</div>
<!-- / post $post[postid] popup menu -->
I put the </if> right after the popup menu.

BTW, I checked the other template changes in newthread and it seems fine.

Michael Biddle 06-10-2007 09:38 PM

yes, thats at the end ;)

I installed, ran the template changes, and everything, but the 2nd configure option doesn't show up in vBulletin options.

Whenever I enable it in a specific forum and try to post a thread, it looks normal, and when I hit submit, it says I must fill in all fields.

I tried reimporting the product several times, and redownloaded it and imported it as well. Same thing. 3.6.6.

Wierd, I will reupload a new one, but everything look ok, let me know if theirs any more trouble
