I can't use this bec. each user group has a color and if I made another user group they will know what's up. I just keep them where they are "registered" and use forum masks to keep them out.

Use MU as a secondary group, not a primary. If you give the MU no access to anything, it will be overriden by the permissions of your primary usergroup BUT the effects of the MU will be applied. This is how my own forum is set, plus another I'm co-admin on. It works perfectly, and is a very useful tool.

Hello, I need to know, this hack will add some query to the system and if it could overload the server.

What's the impact to the server performance? I've got a very large forum.

You would not be able to measure it.

I like this hack, thanks so much for it (it takes care of some of my problems with out being an ass about it).

I don't know if it's a good idea or not, but what I have done is set the 'miserable user' user group as a 'banned' user group (with an access level of a normal user). That way my Moderators can set a member as a miserable user, and for a certain amount of time (I also have a quick ban function to make it even easier).

Sorry Paul M, I'm not english spoken: you mean that the this mod couldn't add heavy queries to the system?
