Ok i have sussed why they weren't showing (set by mistake to a forum category!!). But the RSS userid still shows 0 post count, eben though has auto created 4 threads?

Correct! I should have stated that. The post count is not increased. That's a "feature" to prevent a user from creating discussion threads off feeds as a way of quickly increasing his post count.

I haven't tried it on 3.6 myself but others have reported that AboutToday works on 3.6 with no problems.

But i have it setup to autocreate the threads, so no other useid could create them? Is there a way to change that as it could be useful to see how many posts the RSS userid has done? I have seen a vB forum where the RSS userid post count does increase...was that another addon?

Yes, that must have been something else. I'll include that as an option in the next release (probably today or tomorrow).

Ok, this is an awesome idea. I installed it and followed the instructions. I have everything setup as you suggested and changed the usergrp permissions for admin so i can see it.

At the bottom of my page i can now see, under upcomming events for the next 5 days, i renamed it to "In the news"

There are no RSS feeds listed. So i click on the "in the new" and end up with the options section where i can manage, force add etc. I double click on the yahoo RSS feed and nothing happens. I force the feed and nothing happens.

What is going on?

Can you PM me a url to your site along with an admin login and password? Hard for me to tell otherwise.

I set the feed to update every 5 minutes but they are not updateing? Any suggestions??? It does update when I do it manually.

How hard would it be to schedule a task to delete threads over 10 days old with no reply? I know it's probably easy but I am still new to this.
