last time i did for the fixed .php file but i saw that poster edited his post and removed it . is there any other one that i should find ?

No, unfortunately it was removed. You can try the flatfile version at vbhackers.

Yes, because of the use of the flatfile system rather than the database that is the way it works. If you do not want that you could optionally remove the time stamp all together.
