When I trademarked Trackpads for example I found out that UPS actually trademarked the name "Trackpad" for their little handheld scanners. But the USPTO said I could have Trackpads because I was not in the shipping business.

I think you are fine with the name.

One really stupid question, if I may, before I upgrade this hack. As Ebux is progressing rapidly, do you have to reconfigure all the various usergroup permissions, and other settings in the ebux admin control panel, each time you upgrade this hack?

Or do the "previous" settings remain???

I was considering that too as it would need to cache the template on the proper php files as well is the only issue I needed to research further to figure out how to do that.

NOTE: v1.2.6 is out, the name change will come after Monday when I talk to my lawyer.

I'm having a problem setting a global points setting for the forums, when ever I enter what i want it to be and click process nothing happens it just times out...is anyone else experiencing this problem? If so any advice on how to get it to process?

If you set them to 2, 20, 10 and then goto Forums & Moderators -> Manage Forums -> Forum u want to check, Edit it -> At the bottom it will say 2, 20 & 10.

The numbers there on that are NOT a setting anywhere, they are just there so u know what the defaults are.

The permissions for usergroups is no longer under usergroups edit, as an administrator I cant access the estore, it was there this morning when I first installed 1.2.5 then when I updated to 1.2.6 it went bye bye, I have tried reimporting the xml file that didnt help

ok since I had the awareness add on installed. I have uninstalled the plugin, removed the php file....but do I also have to remove the files from the image directory? or leave those alone as since v1.2.6 having ribbons integrated, I assume just uses the same paths and filenames?
