Oh, can I remove the VERSION NUMBER ONLY from the Copyright, for security purposes?

just make sure always to use the current version, then it is no problem to show the version-number ;)

I really don't want to have to worry about upgrading all the time. Please could you tell me how to remove it? Or at least edit it slightly?

I got closed information about this issue and will provide the fixed v2.6.0+ very soon, hopefully this evening - just have to do last adaptions to the tar-installer and everything will be fine :)

Everybody who is curious can do a quickfix to disable the problematic function do the following:

open /arcade.php

search for

// alpha-navbar by MrZeropage

after this add

Code:

$ibforums->input['gsearch']="";

This completely disables the search-function.

Upcoming v2.6.0+ will have working and secure search-function :)
