I have un-installed the gold version and put 1.3.4 on.

It is now working correctly.
I will upgrade through all the versions until it goes wrong and I will let you know where that happens.

I installed 1.4.1 and it damaged the forum somehow. I had a whole page of weird text coming up on screen.
I un-installed it and the forum was OK again.

I then skipped to 114 and that worked correctly.

i then upgraded to the gold file you emailed me and I am back to square one.

All side bars are now at the bottom left of the pages except Forum.

I have tried the new 1.4.4 and I have the side bar at the bottom left just like the gold version.
I am on 4.1.0 PL3.

With 1.4.4 the page loads only when the sidebar is fully loaded, and I get a slower page loading effect.
So I reverted back to 1.4.3.1

When I installed it looked fine on my forums, but when viewing a thread it wouldn't show the sidebar and wouldn't show any of the thread content. Just the forum information, header, and footers.

I just disabled all my products, except vb blogs and vb cms, just in case there was a conflict.

The results are the same.

I have left gold on the forum so you can login and have a look. I would appreciate it if you can have a look as soon as you can as leaving it like that is making me look a bit silly.

the gold one is more stable? I don't think that's very cool.

I just had to downgrade to 1.4.3.1. I installed 1.4.4 and everything vanished between the navbar and the footer. I assume it's because 1.4.4 gold is "more stable" than the free one offered here?

That is a missleading phrase not what I meant. As you can see from the above posts some having trouble with the Gold too. Bugs always there and we will continue to fix it.

Even if I choose to have to option where the sidebar always appears, the tab that allows viewers to shut down the sidebar is showing, and working.

How can I disable the tab permanently?

You set "Don't hide ESB switch" to yes and the button still appears!

no , I mean there is the startting page of the CMS and there are the afticles itself as well as the sections of the articles (submenue of the CMS). I would prefer to have the CMS on the CMS-Startpage only. Is that possible ?

My footer gets included in the sidebar aswell. I tried disabling mods, didnt help.

I need to see your site with mod enabled.

In 1.4.3.1 it works fine ... but when I upgrade to 1.4.4.1 sidebar goes to the bottom of the board in all pages, except forumhome.

Whatever the fix is for the sidebar not working on any page except forumhome, please PM it to me. It works fine on forumhome but it's at the bottom left of every other page. In the meantime, I'll look for an older version.

there is a new option in the new version where it makes sidebar loads after page loading if you don't like it you can switch off from mod options.

I would add that there must be sothing delaying you page load!!
