the hide and STG buttons show now. but when i click on the hide button and proceed. it doesn't hide the text. i just see [hide]test[/hide]

no need to belittle a brother. i am new to this and i did do it via product system. i used the wrong word when descirbing my problem. my bad. i am going to confirm each install step again.

you put out a product i figured it was cool to ask questions and you would expect for new peeps to ask questions. that's not the way u want to talk to a future paying customer. i wanted to check out the basic version first

no prob its all good. i went to plugin system and clicked on manage products. then i clicked on add/import products. when i did that. it updates the templates. meanwhile it says Importing Product, Please Wait... and i let it run for at least an hour and a half tonight. it never stopped. so i checked to see if the hack work and it still didn't.

i tried to install another hack and it did the same thing. it didn't work either. so maybe i am doing something wrong. if so please let me know. i don't mind being wrong as long as i learn from it ha

There must be something wrong with your board. Try disabling any other hacks you have. And if that doesn't help, uninstall them and upload new files from vbulletin package.

i am running the latest version 3.5.3 could that be why its not working. well the other hacks i tried didn't work either. i know at least one of them were for 3..5.3
