Same problem for me.
When I activate admin to do everything on permissions including: Can administer vbJournal, settings are not saved. I mean I clicked on YES, SAVE (show succesfully saved), but when I come into again it is on NO.
Any help?

If it says that it is deactivated then it is deactivated. :)

1) Product is activated.
2) Files are correctly updloaded
3) My mySQL version is 3.23
4) my admincp directory has another name: adminya
5) ACP > Permissions admin > admin > Can administer vBjournal. Click on Yes. Click on SAVE. But it doesnt appear any vbjournal options on ACP, and when I got into ACP > Permissions admin > admin > Can administer vBjournal it is OFF again.

at this very moment I'm rebuilding the cache.

Any way to show the journal entries desc instead of asc?

I've had reports about this before but was not able to reproduce the problem.

is not that bug, I think:
1) I did Please check if it works after calling index.php?do=buildbitfields and was fine
2) I modified again permission to yes, no error, but it doesnt change
3) I did alter table administrator add customadminperms int(10) not null default '0' and told me it was a duplicated field

¿Can I change manually permissions on the table?
Which is the field? customadminperms? Which is the correct value?

Maybe is the language? I dont use english default, but spanish.
or maybe is the template? I dont use default vb template but modified one.
