You have an outdated xperience.php - please re-upload all files from the ZIP.

I think that I got it....but I have a question on the condition...

what does "experience" mean, like "experience" >10 ...?
I can understand the number of the posts..but what's about "experience"...how long the users have been to the forum???

forgive me If i've missed it somewhere but is it possible to manually award an achievement? I can do awards fine. But I want to add an achievement for winning a site contest.
