Hotfix: PHP 5.4 Compatibility fixes

I've been using this mod on 4.1.7 for a while now and it works well except for this:

When you click on the "View Forum Staff" link the following error occurs. What is the problem and how can I fix it. Thanks.

BTW, I'm not a database or vB expert so a simplified explanation would be good. :)

You will need to contact your host and ask them to set max_allowed_packet = 128M in my.cnf :)

If there would be "Who's online" on info panel then I could install it. But without "Who's online fonction actually it's useless for me...

Running vb 4.2.1 and trying to use the latest version of InfoPanels lite.

After running the .xml plugin to install (all files are uploaded), I go back to the index page of the forum and it's solid white. As soon as the plugin is disabled, the forum works again. I'm not sure if this board is the only one experiencing problems.

Do you know where I could start as far as debugging?
