There is a bug with the modification i seen, when changing the username back to something it was before you get error.

Not a bug in this mod, this happens if you have Username Re-use Delay turned on in vBulletin Options :)

The vBulletin Options area :)
You can browse all of vBulletin's settings there and turn it off among them :)
