Go to your Admin Settings ---> VSA Advanced Forum Rules ---> Uncheck all "Before Accepting Rules User Can Not" checkboxes.

Thanks MadShark, but in the profile it still shows the little thing saying the forum rules have not been accepted.

This mod only appears to work with Firefox. How can I make it work for IE (9) & Chrome?
