<tr><td class="vbmenu_option"><a href="forumdisplay.php?$session[sessionurl]do=markread&amp;f=$foruminfo[forumid]" rel="nofollow" onclick="return mark_forum_read($foruminfo[forumid]);">$vbphrase[mark_this_forum_read]</a></td></tr>

<tr>

I have one in the FORUMHOME

<td class="tfoot" align="center" colspan="<if condition="$vboptions['showmoderatorcolumn']">6<else />5</if>"><div class="smallfont"><strong>

<a href="forumdisplay.php?$session[sessionurl]do=markread" rel="nofollow">$vbphrase[mark_forums_read]</a>

<if condition="$vboptions['forumleaders']">&nbsp; &nbsp;

<a href="showgroups.php$session[sessionurl_q]" rel="nofollow">$vbphrase[view_forum_leaders]</a></if>

Okay guys I hired someone to fix this and once he is done I will ask him to post a fix on this so if anybody's upgrading their messageboard to 3.8.5 you should have the fix..

Rideharder 05-05-2010 03:34 AM

3.5.8
In the header find ..
HTML Code:

<tr><td class="vbmenu_option"><a href="forumdisplay.php?$session[sessionurl]do=markread">$vbphrase[mark_forums_read]</a></td></tr>
And replaced with

HTML Code:

<tr><td class="vbmenu_option"><a href="forumdisplay.php?$session[sessionurl]do=markread&amp;markreadhash=$bbuserinfo[securitytoken]" rel="nofollow">$vbphrase[mark_forums_read]</a></td></tr>
No changes in navbar needs to be done with this template..

In your forumhome template, find the following code:

HTML Code:

<a href="forumdisplay.php?$session[sessionurl]do=markread rel="nofollow">$vbphrase[mark_forums_read]</a>
And replaced with

HTML Code:

<a href="forumdisplay.php?$session[sessionurl]do=markread&amp;markreadhash=$bbuserinfo[securitytoken]" rel="nofollow">$vbphrase[mark_forums_read]</a>..
