why admins can NOT post in groups forums?

You will have to set corresponding permission for the admin group.

This added all kinda of errors. Uninstalled.

Does this mean that now the forum isn't viewable to the general public in a 'private' group setting?

It's still viewable and postable. Didn't change anything.

I had a lot of cookie errors after installing the update. Not good i'm afraid. I have reverted back to the old one now.

This is the errors I am getting when now logged out of the forum

As soon as I uninstall and revert back to the old social forums the errors dissapear. It has something to do with cookies as that is the vbulletin message I am getting when trying to log in. I have to refresh the page when trying to log in to actually log me in.

Hope that helps for troubleshooting this great product.

I get a similar error but it only affects users of Internet Explorer. Firefox seems to be fine.
Have reverted back to previous version and will watch for updates.
