I'm using Vbulletin 3.5.0 RC3 and for some reason the htaccess is messing with my vbadvanced and i cant get none of the www.rrokdoka.org/baklava to work without the htaccess! anyone else having this problem?

Yes now it is working great thankfully. I had to break the codes down and turned out some </div> tags were missing and that messes up things ^__^

I run vbadvanced and have no problems, however I dont run it from the root, so I am not sure why it does not work correctly. I believe someone may have had a similar problem, and MissKalunji solved it earlier in this thread. I could be mistaken though.

I'm not sure if it's an error but listen to this.
When the user clicks on this address http://www.mysite.com/user then everything is fine but once the user enters through these address' http://mysite.com/user or mysite.com/user they are getting logged out.

Check your cookie settings in the admincp.

Question, unfortunately the Profile Comment System has been abandoned by its author who has now gone off to start an even larger project the same as this one here.

Is there any other comment system that you could recommend?

I noticed that Photoplog has a comment system which could be put into any page, seems daft though to install a Gallery just for the comments!

You can use it to rate user and comment also :) not the e-steki karma the USER rating
