No input file specified.

make sure that you replaced "/path/to/vbroot/vbseo_sitemap/" with correct path on your host.

Ahh alright, actually I am the only admin so it would only be me who runs it.

Actually yes the issue did repeat again this morning...the task ran twice??

So, how do I create a sitemap? I want to give google the link to my sitemap but I don't know how?

So with regards to Google, which files should I submit? All?

I have the following files:

sitemap_1.xml.gz
sitemap_2.xml.gz
sitemap_3.xml.gz
sitemap_4.xml.gz
sitemap_5.xml.gz
sitemap_6.xml.gz
sitemap_index.xml.gz

You want to submit sitemap_index.xml.gz as it contains an index of the other files.

OK, ignore what I said earlier, I seem to have it working now (I think) and I've added the sitemap to google :)

it is enough to submit sitemap index file (which is done automatically when "Notify Goole" option is enabled). However, you can submit all files if you want to track their satus in your Google Webmaster Account.

cool, i used lierduh's hack and that worked great so I'll test this one for a while to see if it does the job
