... ok, so the best solution for those of us with moderators is to configure this this.
Easy Cleanup: Enable -- Enabled Easy Cleanup: User Action -- Ban User Easy Cleanup: Permanent Thread/Post Delete -- No Easy Cleanup: Allow Override -- No Configuring your StopForumSpam to this degree will allow the spam to be removed from the site of the typical member. The moderators will be able to ban users and soft-delete (can be restored) any number of messages and/or posts. This will prevent a catastrophe like I have seen on one of my sites where a moderator accidentally removed one of my best users from the system simply because he posted inside of a spam thread asking why there were so many spammers. With these settings, your user will be banned and his/her posts will be soft-deleted, which can easily be restored when you find out about it. |

There are many options in the prune to pick I am sure you can get a few more. Why did you let it get so bad before you done something about it. As I said before I have a plugin you can use that will remove all posts they made and delete them if you want yes it only does one member at a time but it's a good program pm me if you want it

Actually this happened in the month I was away.. busy with some other things and when I checked the stats today, realized that almost 400 - 500 members had registered on daily basis. I will PM you in few minutes.

I have gone back 15 pages but can't find anything posted about this bug -
When a user trys to register they get this error - Code:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function SOM_Process() in /home/mydomain/public_html/forum/register.php(338) : eval()'d code on line 36 |
Has anyone else's easy cleanup disappeared? I noticed on my forum it was just gone. I tried updating and it is still gone. Does anyone have any tips?
