Hi, i've installed MGC ChatBox Evo on vBulletin 3.7.3 and past some chat messages when i refresh the page my chatbox area says "Loading... " and nothing else.
All users have the same problem in my forum.
Also when i intent to write a message i receive the next error:

"Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error."

That has nothing to do with it. You have to remove all the uploaded files. This error is because you still have the bitfield file in /includes/xml folder and consequently still have the mgc_chatbox options field in your groups settings. Remove that file and everything will be fine. If you have one of the lattest versions of VB the bitfield rebuild will be auto, if not you will have to do it your self.

I have never experienced such problem.
Does your server has a specific/strange configuration ?

I am not sure that you did use the good checkboxes. There is one group to avoid users to select them as default parameters in their usercp and the other to just allow the bbcodes. I think you misunderstood the text and did the contrary.

Dans l'admincp, il y a la possibilit? de choisir les param?tres que les utilisateurs peuvent s?lectionner par d?faut dans leur usercp et ?galement la possibilit? de choisir quels bbcode sont utilisables par les utilisateurs. Je pense que tu as mal compris le texte et fait l'inverse :)

Are you using the latest version of the chatbox ? Earlier version of the chatbox aren't compatible with the 3.7 due to token late introduction in the vBulletin code.

Otherwise you shouldn't get that error message as it's now corrected since 0.3.0 I think.

Not because I have checked some checkbox and unchecked others, but all options appears on the chatbox.

Problem is I don't have internet explorer => I am a Mac user.

But I think I have found what might have been causing the problem. Do you have the show whos online in the chatbox option active on your forum ?

By editing templates as it's using your default forum bordering configuraiton.
