After you remove the condition for vBExperience 4, you should be able to install all plugins.

Yes, vBExperience can be installed on vBulletin 3.7 - otherwise I would not suggest it.

Remove the condition which checks for vBExperience 4

Unfortunately I get on the import of vBSoccer.xml and vBSoccer_Bets.xml following error

This is another dependency to vBExperience. I think this needs more changes.
