Quick question... how do i update this? re-upload all the same files (overwrite) and overwrite the product file aswell?

Will i loose the current scores & permissions?

Anyone bring me up to speed on this? Had it installed for a long time now but my users tend to dismiss it so much as there were so many problems with it not successfully saving the high scores.
As I remember it a few months ago, no-one could understand or explain why.
Has this been fixed at all?
