I have the same problem where the add folder name input doesnt appear? Is there an easy fix to this, lots of people seem to have suffered from it but no one has posted an actual answer.

fixed it, the template is named wrong in the instructions, i havent exactly been puzzling over it but on a glance thats all it was.

Copy the info from $priv_folder_add and put it in the form, bobs your uncle youre away.

Small problem. I get this message when I click Message Tracking
