View Permissions Category = OK

I have some questions ..

The most important is, is this product compatible with PHP7?

Another thing, is it possible using this product to let user insert custom data, for example I want all users to enter their mobile number in the quiz to contact them later to receive their price, so is there a way to do this?

Is there any demo to check it out?
