Does this mod work with modified styles and templates? I read most of the posts in this thread and couldn't find anyone mentioning that. If it does, will it still install the same way?

The mod is very useful, but I can not get it to work :-(
I have a vb version 3.8.4 Patch Level 1, I installed the mod, I have enabled "Check for similar threads", but does not do any research when I write the title of the thread.
I can write two threads the same as the title and text and insert them without error or warning. Why?
