The problem was on my end. It has been corrected and all is working fine now. Thank You for your patience and understanding.

Look to the readme file, it comes from your style ;) There is a little howto than can help you fix this problem.

I didn't understand everything in your post kind of strange english for me :D

For the smilies, you can set the number that can be shown in the option of the acp.

What is exactly your problem with the " and & characters ?

You can see screenshot in the post no ?

My guests can not see the MGC chatbox . I need it just for showing ... not to entering a new message .

I am sorry, but the separations of permissions can use/can view are not present in the acutal version of the chatbox :(

Anyway, I will put it in my todo list coz this is quite a good idea !
