I have users coming from bellsouth.net and they arent able to access because of this MOD. is it because they have javascript turned off (if they do, i dont know) or is this a ISP thats a proxy as well?

this works great, however anyone using IE8 will get through with no problems. Firefox and Chrome both seem to get blocked.

I'm having a few users of my site trying to access the site using cellphones that are getting blocked out. I realize this is suppose to be a java script blocker only and not SOCKS, so I'm not really sure what the deal is and why they are being blocked. All of them have the java system installed on their phones. Any ideas?
