admincp/Languages & Phrases /Search in Phrases , search for "All plans include"

You can edit it to your liking.

And When I Go Forum Home I Click On vHosting Menu It Say Configure Your Admin Cp >>>>vHosting>>>>vHosting Option I Dun See It The vHosting Option.....
