I have 3.7.2 and is working only for live links. Is it possible to work with the [Code] tags?

I have 3.6.8 PL2, It works...

I can see links when I am signed in (Admin)... BUT... My other Admin Can't.

Why Is this, Please?

And how do I overcome it, Please?
