Please keep things civilized here.

@wmlvb - donations do not guarantee support here, ever. Donations are a means to show your appreciation to a Coder's work.

Also, as this is a public thread, anyone can respond to your queries but that doesn't mean they are officially working with the coder of the modification.

Hope this clears things up.

Great. Maybe then i'll install it again. But could take a look at this bug, i consider it a very important issue as members can disregard PM because they don't get the popups:

[Major but non blocking] vBulletin confirm popup (logout or PM) have been reported by somes users as not displayed in IE when the chatbox is active (IE javascript triangle appears)

I have a suggestion :)

There should be an option in the chatbox user drop down menu to copy/move chat to a new/existing thread, i.e "Copy this chat message to a new thread"

thanks.

The chatbox width is not an option I am sorry but is already in the todo list as you can see.

About the possibility to edit, this is the usergroup permission : Can manage the chatbox which allows users to edit others post.

Do you really think that would be useful ?
I don't really see an interest in such feature as chatbox is just for chit'chat not for full discussion so I am not sure it would be much used.

Just a quick to warn people who have vBSEO running and using the rewrite rules as mentioned.

If someone starts a thread called "chatbox" only it will throw up a vbseo error when someone tries to read the thread.

Original :

'mgc_cb_evo\.php$' => 'chatbox.html'
'mgc_cb_evo\.php\?do=view_chatbox$' => 'chatbox.html'

Changed:

'mgc_cb_evo\.php$' => '<sitename>_chatbox.html'
'mgc_cb_evo\.php\?do=view_chatbox$' => '<sitename>_chatbox.html'

of course replace <sitename> with your sitename.
