This (see attachment) happens in both the mentions and quotes tab listing. Post BBcode works everywhere else in the forum :(

There is an option for cleaning mentions chronology?

That's because it ignores mentions that aren't preceded by a space.

In other words: user@gmail.com will not mention a user called gmail, but user @gmail.com will.

Just wondering, would there be an easy way to alter the code so that when it parses who is tagged, it also adds their usergroup markup (aka formats the name as it appears on the forums based on usergroup settings?)

My users have stopped receiving email alerts when they are mentioned or quoted. I haven't changed anything. Any idea as to why this would happen?

any chance that email providers have blacklisted you as spam. i hear its quite common. maybe consider a 3rd party email host system like mandrill or something.

I have had so many problems since starting my forum, but this worked perfectly.

I haven't had time to read the whole thread, maybe this was answered before but here it goes:

1). Every time someone is quoted they receive a Private Message saying "You Have Been Quoted!" and also they receive the Notification that they have been quoted. The notification is sufficient, I want to disable users getting PM when being quoted. How can it be done?

2). I'd like to continue using "Mentions" by @ tag, but I'd like to remove the "Mentioned:" text in the Users forum display. How can this be done?

That can happen if your threads don't have the "Visible" tickmark when you go to the Edit Thread moderator's menu.

Yeah, that functionality has changed since the screenshot was taken. Semi-colon is vBulletin's universal username separator, whereas commas are available for use in usernames.

We've been getting quote notifications for no reason. Im not sure why or whats triggering it.

As this works with DBTech UserTagging i thought i'd take a look in the ACP for the mod. When i click on one of the user taggining options to view, we got a server error 500

Is this an obvious thing that happened? would love some help with this

i want to use comma instead of semi colon, it is possible?

I'm having an issue where it looks like there are 2 tabs between Mentioned: and the # of posts.

I can't seem to find where I would adjust that spacing though. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

This needs an option to not get notifications from your ignore list.

I just installed this on VB 4.1.8, and then mentioned myself and another user in a test post. I can see the mentions on the User CP for myself, but did not receive an email notification. Is that supposed to be immediate, or is it a batch process?

Other than that, liking the mod. FYI, our admincp is in a custom folder, so if there is code that references the default location, I will need to know where to change it.

Just received this error message after enabling the mod and clicking on the main Forum link in the menu:

It repeats many times and goes away when I disable this mod, so something related to it.

You have an invalid redirect url somewhere on your site going by that line in the functions.php but wait for the coder as he will know better if you need help right away post on his site for support

Any chance you could implement autocomplete for usernames, similar to what VB core has for composing a PM?

Have you any idea which tables need to be compatible. I've tried changing the character sets of my database tables, and some won't change without causing further errors.

Is there any way to edit the re-direct problem?

On my forum when you go to the Mentions tab on the user's profile and click a link, it shows like this:

But then it redirects to this:

And because of this, it only takes you to the page you are mentioned on, not the actual post.

I'm looking for a fix? Thanks :)
